How will I know if my order has been submitted successfully?
You will receive an order confirmation email with-in24hours after placing your order at the flower-shop anfini. This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please check your "junk" or "spam" folder in case the email was filtered by your Internet service provider. To ensure delivery of your order confirmation, please add hana-anfini@sky.sannet.ne.jp to your address book.
Can my order be changed or cancelled once it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we will be happy to make changes to your order. During floral holidays we require all changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. Please submit all changes/cancellation requests to hana-anfini@sky.sannet.ne.jp
Can I customize my order?
The products on our website may be slightly modified by request, but cannot be guaranteed. For example, if the product you select has pink roses and you prefer red roses, you may add this modification in your e-mail The fulfilling florist will try to match your request as closely as possible, but custom requests cannot be guaranteed.
What payment types to you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard.
Your dollar exchange rate will be rated 1dollar=100yen.
(for example \5250 may be $52.50dollars)
When will my credit card be charged?
We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us. Your account will be charged on the day of purchase.
What is your delivery charge?
We charge a service fee of $12.00 for all domestic orders being fulfilled. The service fee covers the charges for processing the order and the delivery of the items .All of them are shipped via Yamato (Japanese Fedex)

Will my order look exactly like the picture?
The fulfilling florist will fill the order as closely as possible to the picture. However, during certain seasons, the florist might not have a specific flower pictured in the arrangement. If this is the case, the florist will substitute the flower with similar flowers.

Todas los pedidos seran recibidos las 24 horas del dia y dentro de 24horas
Le enviaremos un e-mail confirmandole la reception del pedido y asimismo para verificar los detalles.
Una vez que el pedido se realizo puede ser cambiado o ser cancelado?
Si es que su pedido no ha sido realizado todavia puede cambiarlo.
Hasta antes de las 24 horas la cancelacion del pedido es possible.
El Arreglo puede ser cambiado ?
Si puede ser cambiado a su gusto.
Por ejemplo si la fotos tiene rosas rojas estas pueden ser cambiadas por
Rosadas.depende de la epoca del anio.o el stock del Mercado.

Cuando sera cargado a mi cuenta bancaria?
Su pedido sera cargado a la cuenta bancaria el mismo dia que el
pedido sea ordnado a traves del internet.
